The company’s staff of approximately 100 office and production people work out of a state-of-the-art 35,000 square foot manufacturing facility located in Kelowna, British Columbia. Major investments in CNC machining technology and cutting-edge manufacturing software ensure accuracy and reliability in all of the products we build. And if the product you receive is not up to your expectations, we do whatever we can to make sure that the order is put right.Product WarrantyHeartwood Manufacturing Ltd. warrants its products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of five (5) years from date of invoice. This warranty does not apply to product which must be repaired or replaced (at Heartwood Manufacturing Ltd. discretion) due to normal wear and tear, negligence, abuse or freight damage.Environmental PolicyHeartwood has developed an internal system of recycling that recycles all of the office waste paper as well as 96% of the waste from the manufacturing plant. |
